Network transformers serve secondary network systems in dense downtown areas. They are built submersible so they can sit in a flooded sidewalk vault, and they usually come paired with a network protector.
You are paid before the transformer leaves your property. No consignment, no waiting on a resale.
We do not ask you to test, repair or clean anything. We evaluate the unit ourselves.
We cover the freight and the rigging. Lowboys, cribbing, permits and escorts are our cost.
Disconnection, dismantling and removal are handled by our crews at our expense.
What we look for in network transformers
Pulling a unit out of a vault is a confined-space, tight-access job, and it is one we plan before we quote. We have taken units up through sidewalk hatches and out of basements where the only path was a freight elevator.
We buy the transformer with or without the network protector attached. If the utility has already cut the connections and the unit is sitting loose in the vault, that is the easiest case.
