Cast-Coil Transformers Buyers

Epoxy cast-resin units from harsh, humid and industrial environments. We pay upfront and cover the freight, rigging and teardown ourselves.

Cast-coil transformers encase the windings in cast epoxy resin, which makes them tolerant of humidity, dust and corrosive atmospheres. That durability means used cast-coil units hold their value well, and buyers actively look for them.

01Paid Upfront

You are paid before the transformer leaves your property. No consignment, no waiting on a resale.

02No Testing Needed

We do not ask you to test, repair or clean anything. We evaluate the unit ourselves.

03Freight On Us

We cover the freight and the rigging. Lowboys, cribbing, permits and escorts are our cost.

04We Do Teardown

Disconnection, dismantling and removal are handled by our crews at our expense.

What we look for in cast-coil transformers

We buy medium-voltage cast-coil units out of chemical plants, food processing facilities, water treatment plants, mines and marine terminals. Surface staining on the resin is cosmetic and does not hurt the offer.

Because cast-coil units cost significantly more new than a standard ventilated dry-type, the used market for them is strong and our offers reflect that.
